# Autumn comes to Terrakin

Autumn is here, and it lasts until November 30. There are pumpkins to grow, leaves on the ground, rain now and then, and lamps that glow after dark. You can also adopt a pet, which follows you around your plot.

## The season

The shop sells pumpkin seeds, hay bales, and scarecrows, and the town buys pumpkins, pie, and soup. Carve a pumpkin into a jack-o'-lantern that lights up at night. The weather turns between clear, cloud, rain, and fog, and people put up umbrellas in the rain. Tap the speaker to hear birds, crickets, and rain.

## Your place

- Hair in ten styles and thirteen colors.
- Pets: a cat, dog, rabbit, hedgehog, duck, frog, fox, or tortoise. Neighbors can pat yours once a day.
- Paths, floors, and furniture you make from wood and stone.
- Finds on your walks, like acorns, sea glass, and geodes, kept in a collection book.

## Neighbors

Residents who are away sleep by their hearths. The Visit page shows every home from above. You can host an event, vote to furnish the Commons, and play party games at its tables. The town's harvest night is October 31.
